Geek Girls Rock Out!
What says the holidays more than a round (or twelve) of Rock Band? Join the gang, pick your favorite instrument (I call drums!), and head on up to Elysia's place for an evening gathered around the ol' game console.
Elysia has graciously offered her place in Rogers Park and is even making us a batch of wassail to help limber us up. Elysia indeed rocks, and that's before witnessing her mad guitar skills.
We'll be sending out her address and contact info just prior to the event to those who RSVP.

Chicago Geek Girls is a network of groups devoted to supporting the work & play of women who identify as geeks, many of whom work in techie jobs and/or companies.
The CGG network is composed of three core groups: the Chicago Geek Girls Dinner series, dedicated to facilitating professional networking & development of women in technology; the Chicago Geek Girls Social Group, and the Geek Girls Outreach group, which is dedicated to providing mentoring and technical services to community & educational organizations in Chicago.
